Can I spin the wheel more than once a day?
No. Each registered user can only spin the wheel once in a 24hours period unless you win a free spin!
Why isn’t the wheel loading on my computer?
You must have Flash installed on your browser for the ZWheel to function correctly. If you are using a computer or other device that is not Flash enabled you may experience issues while trying to use the ZWheel.
Why are the graphics on the ZWheel loading extremely slowly?
A slow Internet connection may affect the graphics load time of the ZWheel. If you are experiencing loading issues we recommend checking your Internet connection.
